Welcome!

This site originated as a learning experience and a means of sharing photos and information with family and friends. It still is an ongoing learning experience, but is evolving into something much more fun that encompasses a wider audience.

What is here

In a word, photographs. My dog Holly likes to take me hiking on days off, and I like to bring a camera along. There is a photoalbum here comprised of some of our favorite images. The photoalbum has grown in size and occasionally gets additions and deletions. The photoalbum is presented with the wonderful album software from Marginal Hacks by David.

There is also a featured photos page which will hopefully motivate me to reach a personal goal of taking at least one picture a day. Hopefully, I'll get better at photography in the process. The featured photo section will get updated more frequently, but will contain images that are more experimental, depending on my mood.
